Building A Legacy: Dakota Ballard

In the latest episode of LLFC: Earned Not Given, we return to Nashville MMA Training Camp to continue documenting the journey of amateur fighter Dakota Ballard.

This chapter focuses on one of the most important aspects of fight preparation: physical conditioning.

Working alongside Nashville MMA head coach Tim Semisch, Dakota is pushed through a demanding session designed to improve strength, explosiveness, endurance, and overall athletic performance.

The Work Behind The Fighter

This training session includes a variety of exercises that challenge both body and mind:

  • Medicine ball work
  • Cluster training
  • Explosive jumping exercises
  • Weight training
  • Airdyne bike conditioning rounds
