🎄 Merry Magic Kingdom | Part Two
The holiday magic continues.
In Part Two of our Merry Magic Kingdom series, we dive deeper into our Christmas season day at Magic Kingdom a vlog sourced from the Legacy of Leal Video Vault, filmed during our 2023 Walt Disney World trip and finally released now that we’ve found the editing style and rhythm that truly feels like us.
This part of the day is where everything really starts to settle in good food, classic attractions, character moments, and that unmistakable Christmas atmosphere that makes Magic Kingdom feel extra special.
🍽️ Cosmic Ray’s & Sonny Eclipse
First stop: Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café for lunch.
If you’ve ever eaten here, you know the real star of the show isn’t just the food it’s Sonny Eclipse. Sitting down for a meal while Sonny performs is one of those uniquely Magic Kingdom experiences that never gets old, especially during the holidays.
🎶 It’s a Small World (Holiday Edition)
Next up was a ride on It’s a Small World, which always hits differently during Christmas. The familiar tune paired with festive overlays and holiday touches makes it feel both nostalgic and fresh a perfect mid-day ride for the whole family.
👑 Castle Moments with Rapunzel & Tiana
One of the highlights of this part of the day was stopping by Cinderella Castle to visit Rapunzel and Tiana. These character moments are always special, especially during the holidays when everything around the castle feels a little more magical.
🏴☠️ Pirates & Jingle Cruise
From there, we leaned into two classic favorites:
• Pirates of the Caribbean, a timeless ride that never disappoints
• Jingle Cruise, the holiday overlay of Jungle Cruise and an absolute Christmas staple at Magic Kingdom
Jingle Cruise in particular is one of those attractions that instantly locks in the holiday spirit corny jokes, festive decor, and all the Christmas chaos you hope for.
