We spent the first day wandering the shops, checking out seasonal displays, and soaking in all the details that make Disney Springs such a fun hangout spot—not just for shopping, but for the vibes.
🍪 Gideon’s Bakehouse: The Cookie Capital
Let’s be real—when you’re at Disney Springs, a stop at Gideon’s Bakehouse is a must. This place has earned its reputation for good reason. Between the gothic-inspired décor, the moody candle-lit vibe, and those massive, gooey cookies, Gideon’s feels like Halloween year-round.
We couldn’t resist diving into some of their seasonal flavors and, as always, were blown away. (Pro tip: get there early or be ready for a wait—it’s worth it.)

For our second day, we leaned more into the “Disney shopping and snacking” side of things. Disney Springs is the perfect place to pick up unique souvenirs and exclusive merch. With Halloween in full swing, we found plenty of spooky-themed goodies scattered throughout the shops. Plus, we grabbed some more tasty bites because, hey—it’s Disney, you’re supposed to eat your way through it.
